MDSA Volleyball Camp offers the opportunity for middle school athletes to learn all elements involved in volleyball - setting, hitting, serving, and defensive skills. This camp is a great introduction to the sport, while also building upon proficiencies players currently have. All levels are welcome. The camp will be split by beginner and intermediate level. The camp includes team building drills, coaching and athlete philosophies, competitive games, and breakdown of fundamentals.

What to Bring:
Athletes should bring a water bottle and wear sneakers with knee pads. Hair should be pulled back, no jewelry.
