MDSA Celebrates Whittaker Sisters with Olympic Send-Off!
The Mount de Sales Academy community gathered on July 17 to celebrate Bella Whittaker '20 and Juliette Whittaker '22 as they prepare to compete in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. It was a joyful send-off filled with inspiring well-wishes and so much love and support for these incredible women! Thank you to the Whittaker sisters and family who graciously took time out of their busy schedules to celebrate with their Sailor family!
The entire MDSA community extends their best wishes to Bella and Juliette as they represent the United States at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Isabella Whittaker '20 (University of Pennsylvania) has qualified for the relay pool of the 4x400 relay team for Paris, finishing sixth in the 400 meter (50.68) at the U.S. Olympic Trials. Juliette Whittaker '22 (Stanford University) is the reigning NCAA Champion in the Women's 800 meter and secured her sport in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games with a third place finish (1:58.45) at the U.S. Olympic Trials.
