A Celebration of Fine Arts at MDSA
On April 15, the Fine Arts Department presented the Dance and Drama Spring Showcase. The audience was captivated by the Honors Acting Ensemble's fresh take on Shakespearean scenes, along with stunning performances from the Honors Dance Company and the Modern Dance class. Great job to all the performers—it was a beautiful and memorable showcase!
Following the spectacular Showcase, the students participated in the Fine Arts Festival on April 16. The students enjoyed a fantastic day of creativity with various art mediums and outdoor craft stations. They also engaged in music, theater, and dance activities, while supporting their peers on stage. The day was made even sweeter with treats from the Kona Ice truck. A big thank you to the Fine Arts Department for organizing such an amazing experience!
